"Starcross"
was the first game Dave Lebling wrote by himself.
The game had the
working title "A Gift from Space."
Originally some
astronaut food was supposed to come as prop with the grey
box release, but due to to health and food laws the idea had
to be dropped. This came so late during production, that the
bag with the food is still in the picture on the back of the
box (see image).
